An Arabic-first repair-services and hardware-shop website with a callback form, an 8-category catalog and a cart that sends orders straight to WhatsApp.
Laptop Prime is a computer repair workshop in Egypt that also sells hardware. Two different businesses, two different customer intents — someone with a broken screen is not browsing for a mouse.
One Arabic RTL site handles both businesses. The services side is a conversion-focused landing experience: repair categories, an upgrade and data-recovery section, a four-step process explainer, trust metrics, testimonials, and a callback request form that captures device type and problem description. The shop side runs on a database-driven catalog with eight product categories and individual product pages.
Checkout is deliberately not a payment gateway. The cart collects items and sends the order straight to WhatsApp — the way this market actually buys. It removes the drop-off of a card form while still giving the owner a structured order.
The whole interface is Arabic-first with native RTL layout, Arabic numerals, and local phrasing rather than translated English.
